Yes! I know how how hard that sounds. But trust me with this. Get yourself into the habit of resisting the temptation to snooze that annoying alarm clock in the morning. If necessary, put your alarm clock across the room from your bed. So when the alarm goes off, you are forced to get up and walk up to the clock to turn it off.
